A small IT company that started because Key West needed one.

Originally from the Republic of Georgia on the Black Sea, Val has worked across private businesses and government agencies as a systems and network engineer, security specialist and IT manager. He is trained and certified in Windows Server, computer security and MikroTik networking, and has run Linux systems and SQL database servers.

Friends brought him to Key West, where he found the small-town atmosphere he likes and met his wife. They now have a son, Luka.

Keith's first college summer job was tracking blueprints in a DOS database for a government contractor. That led him into programming, and from there into building computers, servers and networks. Along the way he found he enjoyed training people and bridging the gap between technology and the people who use it.

In 1998 he left corporate life, moved to Key West and became a boat captain. When his daughter Samara was born in 2009, he went back to IT on his own terms. No corporate culture in this little company.

Key West's foliage and weather reminded Caroline of growing up in Kenya, so after one vacation she moved here, over 20 years ago. A degree in cultural anthropology, local theater and small-boat sailing all prepared her in some way for IT Key West, where she handles accounting and strategic planning.
